Shoukkthali

Co-Founder & Head of Youth Development

Shoukkthali is the Co-Founder and Head of Youth Development at Norvex Sports Pvt. Ltd., where he plays a key role in designing and developing the Norvex Football Curriculum and Coaching Methodology. An AFC C Licensed Football Coach with a Master's Degree in Physical Education, he brings extensive experience in youth player development, coach education, and football program management. He is also the Co-Founder of TOSE KFTC I-League Academy, Kerala, and has previously worked as a coach with the Real Madrid Football Academy. His professional qualifications include certifications in British Council Premier Skills, FIFA Sports Medicine, FIFA Hygiene Implementation Officer, UNICEF Child Protection, Learning Disabilities, and School Management & Administration. Following a guided discovery approach to coaching, he firmly believes that every player possesses unique potential and learns differently, and is committed to creating an environment that nurtures each individual's strengths while promoting holistic development both on and off the field.

Riyas NM

Co-Founder & Head of Grassroots

Riyas Nellikkode is Co-Founder & Head of Grassroots at Norvex Sports Pvt. Ltd, bringing a strong background in both playing and coaching football at a high level, having played professionally across India and internationally. This blend of competitive playing experience and hands-on coaching gives him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to develop players from the ground up. Drawing on years of dedicated coaching experience, he has built a reputation for nurturing young footballers and laying strong technical foundations at the grassroots level, working closely with elite Under-10 football programs to develop technical excellence, game intelligence, confidence, and a lasting passion for the sport. He holds an AFC C Coaching License and a Strength & Conditioning Certification from Barcelona, combining modern football coaching principles with scientific athletic development practices to support both skill development and long-term athletic growth. In his role, Riyas designs age-appropriate training methodologies that enhance ball mastery, decision-making, coordination, and overall physical development, while fostering a positive, encouraging learning environment where every young player can discover and reach their full potential

Shuraih Sharaf

Co-Founder & Operations Lead

Shuraih Sharaf is Co-Founder & Chief Operations Lead of Norvex Sports Pvt. Ltd, driven by a vision to build structured, world-class football development pathways for players of every level. He holds an MBA in Sports Management and has spent years working hands-on in grassroots sports, having founded and managed Yuva Academy in Calicut, served as Football Coach and Operations Manager at Sporthood, coordinated the Footvolley National Games, and served as team manager for the Kozhikode Rugby Championship. This diverse experience across coaching, event management, and sports administration has given him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to build athletes and institutions from the ground up. In his role at Norvex, he drives the day-to-day execution of the company's coaching programs, talent identification trials, and tournaments, working closely with players, coaches, and partners to maintain the highest standards of training and organization. Through this hands-on approach, he ensures that every player, from beginners to those chasing professional dreams, gets the structure, exposure, and guidance they need to grow.

Muhammed Minhaj

Co-Founder & Marketing Lead

Muhammed Minhaj is Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Lead at Norvex Sports Pvt. Ltd, where he leads the organization's branding, marketing, and community engagement efforts. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Journalism along with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, combining strong communication skills with a deep passion for sports development. As an AIFF Certified Football Coach, he brings both strategic insight and grassroots football experience to his role, allowing him to connect meaningfully with players, parents, and the wider football community. He is committed to promoting grassroots football, youth development, and creating real opportunities for aspiring athletes to be seen and supported. In his role at Norvex, Minhaj shapes how the brand communicates its mission, builds visibility for its programs, and engages with the community it serves, ensuring the organization's values come through in everything it does. Through this work, he strives to inspire the next generation while fostering a culture of discipline, growth, and excellence both on and off the field.
